Shipping Cost: Shipping costs may vary depending on the size of your artwork and your location.
Processing Time: After your order is placed, please allow us up to 10 business days to process and prepare your artwork for shipping.
Shipping Methods: We offer a variety of shipping options to best suit your needs. The available shipping methods and associated costs will be presented to you during the checkout process.
Shipping Destinations: We ship within Australia and overseas. If you have a specific shipping request or issues with location, please contact us at hi@kayeredman.com.
Shipping Time: The time it takes for your artwork to reach you may vary depending on your location, selected shipping method, and other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Delays: We are committed to providing high-quality products and delivering them to you as efficiently as possible. While we cannot take responsiblity for or control all external factors that may lead to delays, we pledge to communicate openly and work diligently to resolve any issues that may arise.
Returns:
Returns Eligibility: I do not accept returns and exchanges.
Refund: I will consider processing a refund for incorrect or damaged items (photos need to be supplied).
Damaged or Defective Artwork:
If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photographs of the damaged item. We will consider a replacement or refund.

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
